Netflix is a super recognizable brand in the digital sphere, but its social media presence was underwhelming. We leveraged their social voice to talk about releases, make new service announcements, and draw attention to the different types of available content (classic movies, TV shows, cult movies). We shifted the conversation from what Netflix doesn’t have to what they have that people love, creating some of their most liked and shared posts to date.
